Composition of Supervisory Board of Gamma Holding NV

The Supervisory Board has appointed Mr J.F. van Duyne as its new chairman. Mr Van Duyne has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2001 and, following the General Meeting of Shareholders held today, succeeds Mr H.B. Van Liemt, who, as previously announced, is voluntarily standing down from the Supervisory Board. Mr Van Liemt was a member of the Supervisory Board from 1992, and chairman from December 1993.

The Supervisory Board has also appointed Mr J. Zuidam, vice-chairman of the Board of Managing Directors of DSM N.V., as a member of the Supervisory Board.
