Completion of preliminary judicial inquiry into insider trading

Gamma Holding N.V. has been notified of the completion of the preliminary judicial inquiry in Germany into insider trading by Mr Roland Oetker.

Following the inquiry there are no longer any legal grounds for suspicion in relation to Mr Oetker.

Mr Oetker is a member of the Supervisory Board of Gamma Holding N.V. In Germany, Mr Oetker is President of the Deutsche Schutzvereinigung für Wertpapierbesitz - DSW (German Association for the Protection of Security Holdings). He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen A.G., Degussa A.G. and IKB Deutsche Industriebank A.G.
